Why a TC

The details are my full-time job.

You are busy showing homes, writing offers, and finding your next client. I make sure the transaction side keeps moving.

Deadlines you never have to chase.

Every deadline is automatically added to your calendar. You will receive text and/or email notifications when they become due.

Same-day intake.

Submit your executed contract by 2pm and I process it the same day, so your file gets moving right away.

Everyone stays in the loop.

The lender, title, the other agent, and your clients all hear from me, so you are not stuck relaying updates.

Compliance approved before closing day.

I get your file reviewed and approved ahead of time, so you get paid quickly after closing.

Closing day, handled.

I schedule the walkthrough and closing, create your commission letter, and coordinate the closing paperwork.

How it works

Three steps from contract to closing.

1

Submit your file

Send your executed contract through the submission form. The more detail you include, the faster and more accurate intake goes.

2

I take it from there

Intro emails go out to everyone on the transaction within one business day. Then I track earnest money, inspections, financing, title, and every deadline, and Aframe sends you text and/or email reminders along the way.

3

Close & Get Paid

I coordinate closing details, keep your clients informed, and make sure your compliance is approved before closing day so you get paid quickly.

From contract to close

Six phases, start to finish.

Here is how a typical 30-day transaction moves. Your actual dates come from your contract, and Aframe sends you text and/or email reminders for each one.

About

Hi, I’m Tiffiny.

I started coordinating transactions in 2016 and have since closed more than 1,900 files across Missouri and Kansas.

I love the details, and over the years I have seen transactions from every side, including investors. I keep the file organized so you can stay focused on your clients while I handle the paperwork behind the scenes.

When I’m not working, you’ll find me with my husband and our two little girls. We keep our trips simple and relaxed, usually a beach or a mountain getaway where we can slow down together.

FAQ

Good questions.

What is a transaction coordinator?

A TC manages the administrative side of a real estate transaction from the time a contract is signed until closing. That means organizing documents, communicating with everyone involved, and making sure deadlines are met.

How is a TC different from a real estate assistant?

An assistant usually handles general admin, like scheduling, calls, and listing/buyer consultations. A TC focuses on the transaction itself: compliance, contracts, deadlines, and paperwork from start to finish.

How will I know what is coming up on my files?

The software I manage all files in will send you text and/or email reminders for every deadline. I also keep you posted on open tasks along the way.

What if I need something outside contract-to-close?

Contract-to-close is one package with a set scope, so you always know what you are getting. If you need something beyond it, just ask. Some things can be added, and I will tell you up front what fits.

How do I get started?

Book a quick 15-minute intro call so we can talk about your business and how you like to work. When you have a contract, send it through the submission form with as much detail as you can.

Ready to get your time back?
